Chinwe Ebere Nwosu, the CEO of Andromagik, alongside her cofounder, Adebola, work to do just that. In addition to their coaching and consulting services, Andromagik provides platforms for individuals to gather, support each other, express, artistically create, and more. It is a beautiful way of working together to improve each other’s lives: support to discover an individual’s purpose and create to relieve stress.

Both Chinwe and Adebola understand the fact that companies and individuals are not so dissimilar. Similar to an individual, companies (especially startups) need to go through a stage of self-discovery before turning a profit.
